The ground slopes dangerously towards the hangar outside that right edge of the triangle.

Consider clearance of wings' traffic passing by dashed yellow line(non-movement area)

Departing, you'll refer to "Signature Ramp" for "Charlie Pad", or "Numbers 16", Prefer Numbers 16 if possible to stay clear of news chopper traffic at times.
